Big and fashionable hotel unit with amazing views. Bonus point for a safe, a work desk, and television. Stunning location in pretty quiet area, short walk to restaurants outside the front door, the Sgouros for a month, and further great restaurants shops. Welcoming service and reasonable value.

Fairly clean hotel, greatly enjoyed to be not far from the bay and sea, the best restaurants around the lake and the sea and the mountains on the other side of the gulf thanks to stunning and good location. Had beautifully decorated room with amazing views and wake-up service was available in it.

Everything was nice, had a very nice stay for a night. It was new-fashioned, compact and with great view. The location was perfect and excellent for walking around Lake Voulismeni. Also was next to restaurants and bars.

Had the economy double room and it was well decorated and large with amazing views. The breakfast was great, featured plenty of meals. The location was magnificent, just next door to Lake Voulismeni. The staff was supper friendly and efficient all the time.

It was fairly clean, everyone was super friendly and efficient. The location was magnificent, close to Folk Museum. What's more, it was next to the airport or the port in Heraklion, quiet beach and the main bus station.

Appreciated our stay. The total stay was COMFORTABLE for a night. The most important was the staff - polite and kind people. The king room had a safe, a work desk and television, facilities worked for us. The location was magnificent, next to Panagia Kera Church. Had excellent dishes in a great restaurant.
